Media Partnership - Destination I Do

This Partnership Agreement dated on

is made between:

Streamline Social LLC DBA The Wedding Masterclass (‘Event Management')

and

(‘Partner’)

This partnership is designed to be mutually beneficial to both Event Management and Partner,

and revolves around the following aspects:

Collaboration on messaging, event production, and visibility;
Mutual distribution on select items of interest;
Collaboration on larger themes: promotion, speaking and experts contribution, publications.

The Event Management provides:

Partner credit on social media pre-, during-, and post-event;
Partner’s logo and link to the site (where applicable) in marketing materials (online and offline) for the event(s);
a speaking opportunity for Partner's editor-in-chief (or other representative) as part of a panel discussion, seminar, or other B2B event(s);
a speaking opportunity for Partner's editor-in-chief (or other representative) as part of a panel discussion, seminar, or other B2C event(s);
if Partner's editor-in-chief attends event(s) in person, hotel accommodation will be provided by Event Management;
IG Live interview(s);
an opportunity to distribute Partner's branded materials during the event;
a discount for Partner's engaged couples to attend couples event.

The Partner provides:

e-blast sent to US-based supplier/vendor list according to agreed upon schedule, about pre-sale B2B tickets including special discount code (content provided upon request);
e-blast sent to destination venue/supplier list according to agreed upon schedule, about event with details and link to contact Event Management (content provided upon request);
e-blast sent to couples B2C list according to agreed upon schedule, about event with discount code and link to purchase tickets (content provided upon request);
1 social media post in September/October about both B2C and B2B events (content to be provided);
2 total social media stories for B2C couples events with discount code/link to purchase tickets (content to be provided):
- 1 week before NYC event
- 1 week before Chicago event
4 B2B events stories on social media with link to purchase tickets (content to be provided);
- 1 story announcing pre-sale tickets in September
- 1 story in October
- 1 story in January
- 1 story in February
interview on Partner podcast;
post-event social media coverage as decided by Partner

Terms and Conditions:

As it applies to this Agreement, ‘Partner’ refers to applicant identified above; ‘Event Management’ and “Event Team” refers to Streamline Social LLC DBA The Wedding Masterclass and its respective agents.

Signature by both parties constitutes a valid and binding Agreement. Terms of this Agreement may not be modified, except by written Agreement, signed by both parties.

Event Management will not be liable for the fulfillment of this Agreement if non-delivery or delay in delivery is due to reasons beyond the control of Event Management including but not limited to the following causes: fire, act of God, public enemy, war (declared or non-declared) or insurrections, strikes, the authority of the law, extreme weather condition, terrorism, pandemic event, disaster, civil disorder or acts of aggression. Non-delivery may also result if a reasonable fear exists for any one or more of such events occurring or threatening and making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to hold the event. All Partners and others participating in Passport events agree to indemnify and hold Streamline Social LLC and its partners harmless from and against any and all liability, loss, damage, injury, cost or expenses. Event Management reserves the right to promote Partner using, but not limited to the following: Partner representative’s name, company name, logo, images, etc. Partner agrees that Event Management will not be liable in the event of any errors or omissions in the show preview, website, program and/or any related materials.

Both parties hereby sign below in agreement of the above terms.
