We are really excited to announce one of our speakers, Kate Denman of @floretandvine @dmvweddingcollective ! It is always exciting to partner with local organizations like @dmvweddingcollective who share our vision of no-ego networking, safe spaces for real talk conversations and a mission of kindness and support for wedding pros.

Kate Denman is a business owner and floral fairy godmother whose passion has always been rooted in nature. Born and raised in Massachusetts, she began her floral design training at just 16, working under the watchful eye of a seasoned designer in her hometown. Over the next decade, she studied politics, business, and marketing in college while continuing to work and train as a floral designer on the side.

What began as a solo venture has since grown into a full-time team of four and an extended team of 25, serving approximately 75 couples each year.
