TBME Dallas Media Partnership

This Partnership Agreement dated on

is made between:

MG Beauty, Inc. DBA The Bridal Masterclass Experience (‘Event Management')

and

(‘Partner’)

This partnership is designed to be mutually beneficial to both Event Management and Partner,

and revolves around collaboration on larger themes: promotion, speaking and experts contribution, and marketing distribution related to The Bridal Masterclass Experience Dallas on March 3-4, 2020.

The Event Management provides the opportunity for:

Reference to Partner as a media partner in the pre/post social media coverage of the event;
Partner's logo inclusion on event location landing page, company listing on event program and signage, and all other applicable event materials including but not limited to emails to potential attendees and stage backdrop/step-and-repeat;
Two Instagram posts and four Instagram stories highlighting sponsorship;
Inclusion of Partner's editor-in-chief (or other representative) as part of a panel discussion during pro event;
Pre-approved marketing material for both pro and consumer attendees’ gift bags;
Partner's staff/team members to participate in any and all portions of event as attendees;
Dedicated table at the consumer event with Partner's magazines, swag or other information;
Reference to Partner in post-event coverage in Event Management's online and/or print properties;
Inclusion in behind the scenes footage to be posted on Event Management’s Instagram story;
A discount for Partner's engaged couples/social media audience to attend consumer event;
A discount for Partner's advertisers/vendors to attend 2-day event.

The Partner provides:

e-blast to engaged couples/brides/grooms before February 17, 2020, about event with discount to purchase tickets (content provided upon request);
social media post and story before February 24, 2020, about engaged couples event with discount to purchase tickets (content provided upon request).

Terms and Conditions:

As it applies to this Agreement, ‘Partner’ refers to applicant identified above; ‘Event Management’ and 'Education Team' refers to MG Beauty, Inc. DBA The Bridal Masterclass Experience and its respective agents.

Signature by both parties constitutes a valid and binding Agreement. Terms of this Agreement may not be modified, except by written Agreement, signed by both parties.

Event Management will not be liable for the fulfillment of this Agreement if non-delivery or delay in delivery is due to reasons beyond the control of Event Management including but not limited to the following causes: fire, act of God, public enemy, war (declared or non-declared) or insurrections, strikes, the authority of the law, extreme weather condition, terrorism, disaster, civil disorder or acts of aggression. Non-delivery may also result if a reasonable fear exists for any one or more of such events occurring or threatening and making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to hold the event. All Partners and others participating in The Bridal Masterclass Experience agree to indemnify and hold MG Beauty, Inc. DBA The Bridal Masterclass Experience harmless from and against any and all liability, loss, damage, injury, cost or expenses. Event Management reserves the right to promote Partner using, but not limited to the following: Partner representative’s name, company name, logo, images, etc. Partner agrees that Event Management will not be liable in the event of any errors or omissions in the show preview, website, program and/or any related materials.

Both parties hereby sign below in agreement of the above terms.
